Welcome Diner

A new home for one of downtown Phoenix’s most beloved and iconic culinary institutions.

Designed for Kaiserworks in 2017, Welcome Diner is the second home for this quirky, Southern-inspired restaurant. After years of building a cult following around only six seats and an impossibly small kitchen, this concept was in need of some room to grow. Taking material cues from the original, Valentine-brand diner, the new building is now a landmark in its own right, and the diner continues to thrive in its second life.
