Rendered Work

I love to make things that are real - things that have weight and texture that you can feel. But in order to make something that's both real and really good, I often model my designs first in a digital format so that I can evaluate its materials and proportions. From that model I produce a handful of images. Most people call this rendering; I call it make-believe. In either case, it is a crucial middle step in a design's progression from sketchpad to physical reality.
